I know what it feels like to be stuck. Not just from others. From myself. After years as CEO and COO, after a burnout that was a passage rather than an endpoint, I arrived at who I always was. Someone who sees people. Not for what they perform, but for what is in them.
That is the foundation of my work as a coach. You can only guide people to the point you have reached yourself. I have gone far. That makes me sharper at what is really at play.
My background is in executive leadership. CEO and COO in healthcare, childcare and leisure. I know the dynamics of founder-led organisations, private equity environments, and the top where things get tense. I now use that experience differently: not to lead, but to guide.
I recently completed the ICF-accredited Coach Potential Program at Yinx at Level 2, working towards PCC certification. Not because I had to. Because it fits.

I always start
with listening.
Openly, without assumptions about what is happening. Only once I have a clear picture of what is really at play do I name it and guide the movement that is needed.
I don't take over. I don't solve. I create the space in which you make visible what you already know. I ask sharp questions, hold up a mirror, and stay present even when things get uncomfortable.
No fixed method, no step-by-step plan. Just genuine attention. And a willingness to look together at what is really going on, even when that is uncomfortable.
