I help people who are stuck feel lighter, so they can move forward.

Sabine Kloos

Maybe you have a good life. Everything is basically going fine. And yet, there's something.

Often it's at work. You keep running into the same thing, and you wonder whether this is really the right place. Whether this is what you truly want. Not because something big has gone wrong, but because something is nagging at you, and you can't quite put your finger on it.

I'm there in that moment.

Not to solve it for you, and not to tell you what to do. But to create space in which you start to see for yourself what's going on.

I learned to hear what goes unsaid. The atmosphere beneath the words, the difference between what someone says and what is really alive in them. Early on, and later as an executive. I carried things myself until I couldn't anymore, and I discovered that you can look at the heaviest part and still feel lighter.

That is what I do. I make it lighter. Not by avoiding what's heavy, but by bringing light into it. So you can move forward again.

Coaching

Not by pushing harder, but by making space. I don't rescue and I don't take over. I stay beside you, and wait for the moment you touch on it yourself. That moment is where change begins.

With me, things get lighter. Not because I solve it for you or make a plan for you, but because there is someone who truly listens, without judgement and without hurry. Space opens up to see what is really going on, and to look ahead again.

I don't take over. I ask sharp questions, hold up a mirror, and stay present, even when it gets uncomfortable. I work intuitively but with my feet on the ground, deep but not heavy. No fixed step-by-step plan, but real attention to what lives beneath the surface.

You're never locked into anything with me. Sometimes one conversation is enough. Sometimes we speak a few times a year. And sometimes a weekly series of sessions is exactly what works. What suits you, we decide together after our first conversation.

I like to work with a Miracle Constellation: a way of sensing and seeing, beyond words, what is going on. Often it makes clear in one go, intuitively, what had long been impossible to grasp.

An Invitation to Yourself

A three-month programme of coaching and stress regulation

For employers →

You'd love to relax, but life is simply too busy. Maybe you've already tried all sorts of things. An app, a weekend away, the occasional meditation on YouTube. It helps for a while. But as soon as you're back in your normal week, it's gone.

Many people who find their way here recognise the same pattern. You do all kinds of things to catch your breath, and it works, for a moment. But the next week you're back to square one. Because a one-off exercise doesn't change what lies underneath.

This programme is about what lies underneath. About understanding what's going on for you, getting to know your body, and discovering what you do when everything piles up at once. Not as theory, but as something that becomes your own.

Stress regulation without coaching is a technique. With coaching, it becomes a process of self-knowledge. That's the difference.

After three months, you understand how stress works and how it shows up in you. You notice sooner when things start to shift, and you know what you need when they do. You've developed your own way of finding calm that fits your life and your rhythm. Not a less busy life, but a different way of being in it.

Three months, one-to-one and online. Regular touchpoints and personal guidance: an intake, conversations and phone check-ins, and a closing conversation. We measure where you are now, and repeat that every four weeks, so you can see what's shifting. In between, you work with exercises put together for you personally, from yoga nidra and breathwork to grounding and meditation. And you have WhatsApp as an outlet for the moments when things get really tough.

I work with the app and tools of House of Deep Relax, and build on the work of Eliane Bernhard and Dr Preschana Misri on yoga nidra and NSDR.

I carried a lot, for a long time. More than my share, and without anyone seeing it.

Early on, I learned to hear what went unsaid. The atmosphere in a room, the difference between what people say and what they do. As a child already, and later as an executive. I was there for others, I kept the overview, I absorbed the shocks. Until my body said no.

That burnout wasn't an end point, but a passage. I discovered something that is now the core of my work: that you can carry without disappearing. That you can look at the heaviest part of your situation and still feel lighter.

I didn't become someone else. I became myself. The girl with the red hair who was always there.

My background is that of executive and entrepreneur. For years CEO and COO, in healthcare, childcare and leisure, through rapid growth, acquisitions and investor environments. And as an entrepreneur: I set up two day nurseries, an after-school care centre, and a junior social club for 10 to 15 year olds. More recently, I built my husband's private chef business together with him.

I now use all that experience differently. Not to run or build, but to guide. I don't take over, I make movement possible. With calm, precision and lightness.

My work is where leadership gets personal. In the boardroom, at work, and with people themselves. My themes are governance, stress regulation and leadership, and underneath all three lies the same question: how do you stay present with yourself and with others, so you can act without losing yourself?

Remedy 3

I work where leadership gets personal. Especially in the boardroom, because the decisive questions at the top are often more personal than they seem.

I know that world from the inside. As a former CEO and COO, in healthcare, childcare and leisure, through rapid growth, buy-and-build and PE cycles. At home in governance and in the dynamics between investor and board.

As an advisor and executive coach, I work with executive and supervisory boards. On governance questions, in transition processes, with leaders who sense that what once made them strong now creates resistance, and where collaboration at the top has stalled. The same lens as in my coaching, a different role.

I do this together with Dieuwke Boersma and Esther Goedman, under the name Remedy 3.
